The maximum event capacity is 100 people. For lodging, the house sleeps up to 20 people for 2 nights (minimum). The couple stays on-site; if the group needs more beds, we arrange additional lodging nearby.
The coordinator is with you from the moment you sign: she helps you choose vendors, build the day-of timeline, coordinate the ceremony rehearsal, and is present on the event day so everything runs seamlessly.
The ceremony + reception includes setup, decor, waitstaff and coordination. You can add extras from the contract (dinner, photography, sound). The wedding officiant and makeup artist are not included: vendors are suggested, subject to the couple's approval.
The payment plan is: 100% of the house/lodging to lock in your date; and for the remaining items 30% (within 1 month of the first payment), 50% (up to 2 months before the event) and the balance on the day of the event for setup. No refunds.
The most common options are: fly into Montería (Los Garzones airport, 1h30 by car) or fly into Medellín + drive (3h). You can also drive directly from Bogotá (8-10h). The Luxury package includes coordinated group transport in private vans.
Yes, we arrange both. For civil weddings we coordinate with a notary or can hold a symbolic ceremony. For religious weddings we coordinate with the officiant of your choice and adapt the setup to the celebration's requirements.
Yes. Colombia recognizes civil marriages for foreigners, performed before a notary (notario) and registered with the Civil Registry. Many international couples complete the legal paperwork at home and hold a symbolic beach ceremony at the villa — we can arrange the symbolic ceremony or connect you with a notary and a local wedding planner for the civil process.
Typically valid passports, birth certificates apostilled and officially translated into Spanish, and proof of single/marital status. Requirements vary slightly by notary and there is usually a short public-announcement period. We recommend a local wedding planner to handle the documents so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
The dry season runs December to April (January is the driest), with warm weather around 28–32°C — ideal for an oceanfront ceremony. May to November is the rainier season, with better pricing on shoulder-season dates.
The easiest route is to fly into Montería (Los Garzones airport, MTR), about 1h45–2h by car; Corozal (CZU) is another option, and it is roughly 3 hours from Cartagena. We arrange private transfers for you and your guests.
